Bought MLM leads are still not going to be laydown sales, you WILL still need to talk to them, qualify them and move them along in the process. When  you receive the email that you have a new lead in, call them and ask them how you can help, if they are nasty or negative, just get off the phone. Never, whether you bought the lead or not, try to convert someone who is nasty or negative, it just is not worth your time.
Once you have your site or lead capture page in place you need to buy some traffic.  What the heck is traffic right?  Traffic is the industry word for people who visit websites.  For example, when you go to Facebook, you are counted and referred to as “traffic”  Traffic is very valuable, in fact Facebook make all their income from selling you and your information to advertisers.  So does Google.
As a last resort, you could try cold calling by phone. This is probably the most depressing and soul destroying activity on the planet. Even if you get past the usual questions such as ‘If you’re selling something – I’m not interested’ and ‘How did you get my number?’ you need a really slick and professional script and the ability to recognize and avoid lonely old ladies who just want to interact with someone, anyone, in fact.
