Gano Excel NM Company Review:
Gano Excel is one of the hotter MLM companies of late and for good reason. They have a simple, highly consumable and affordable product line. This is a rare combination… perfect for network marketing. Of course there is more to a company than its product; they must also have a legal and lucrative compensation plan. Let’s take a closer look into all these areas.
Ganoderma, the power behind GanoCafe
The entire product line that Gano Excel offers is based around a species of red mushrooms called Ganoderma Lucidum, which is an herb having a long list of healthy attributes. These attributes have been heavily studied across the globe by institutions under a clinical environment so we are not talking about snake oil here.
Gano has a very diverse product line spanning from supplements and beverages to personal care and household cleaners, but the flagship product that leads the company in sales and is most often
reference by distributors is their line of health coffees called GanoCafe that contain the medicinal perks of Ganoderma.
Coffee has several characteristics that make it a great product for network marketing.
- People already drink coffee – you don’t need to convince people to use the product
- It is very unique in the marketplace – who knew coffee could be healthy?
- It is highly consumable – people who drink coffee do so daily
- It is addictive – people who take vitamins often forget to take them daily, but very few coffee drinkers I know forget to have their morning cup
- It is much cheaper than most traditional network marketing products – you won’t be asking people to shell out an additional $100 a month for a product they’re not sure they need in the first place
I really do love the idea of coffee as a network marketing product, but it is not without its own share of challenges. While it is a great concept to show people how to turn what is widely known to be an unhealthy habit into a healthy one, doing so means changing habits that a lot of people are rather attached to.
I am a coffee drinker myself and I have to say that I’m rather partial to my Panera hazelnut and Kaldi’s highlander grog. I have not tried GanoCafe coffee (although I do plan on it), so I can’t speak to the taste, but I know that people can be fickle so don’t expect every coffee drinker to be an easy convert.
I don’t know much about the other products because not one of the Gano Excel distributors I know has ever mentioned them. I see the expanding product line around Ganoderma as an avenue to raise the average order and consumption of consumers who are initially sold on the coffee.
Gano Excel compensation plan
The comp plan is a basic binary that pays up to 20% on volume in the lower volume (pay) leg. Outside of the binary there are four other ways to earn income, direct commissions, fast start bonuses, matching bonuses and bonus pools.
All the characteristics of this compensation plan are very common, which is not a knock against the company. All too often it is the MLM scam that spends 90% of their sales pitch talking compensation plan and how theirs is patented worldwide and the best ever in the universe. This is typically something you want to stay away from.
One thing I really like about the Gano Excel compensation plan is that it guarantees a minimum of 50% payout to the field. Because a binary compensation plan fluctuates on how much it pays out (oftentimes favoring the company), the 50% mark is achieved by adjusting the matching bonus payout percentage, which means some months the matching bonus could be greater than others.
My take on this compensation plan is simple. It is both fair, legal and the 50% minimum payout addresses the number one concern I have about every binary plan.
Gano Excel, a deeper look at the company
Gano Excel USA has an A+ rating with the BBB (http://www.la.bbb.org/Business-Report/Gano-Excel-USA-Inc-13201424) and is also a member of the DSA (http://www.dsa.org/forms/CompanyFormPublicMembers/view?id=7F300001BDF), which are both very good signs that point to the stability and legitimacy of the company.
The company was started in Malaysia back in 1995 and currently does business in more than 60 countries with a vision to achieve distribution in 100 countries by the end of 1020. Gano obviously has staying power and has achieved the kind of worldwide growth and distribution most MLM companies only dream of.
Gano Excel Competition
Organo Gold is the only other major network marketing company competing in the healthy coffee arena. By all accounts Organo Gold looks to also be a very legit company. They have a similar healthy coffee product utilizing Ganoderma that we may review very soon. The simple downside to Organo Gold is the lack of an established history and only being operational in the United States.
Gano Excel parting thoughts…
I personally believe Gano Excel as an MLM opportunity is well above average. They have an established track record of 15 years, operate in more than 60 countries, a fair/legal compensation plan and a product that is perfect for network marketing.
While all these things point to a good opportunity, my recommendation is to do your own research! Go in with your eyes wide open. Don’t get sucked into making an emotional snap decision based on an exciting opportunity meeting. Be sure you are willing to put your reputation on the line for Gano Excel and GanoCafe. If you do make the decision to join, give it a year… or don’t give it a day!

I don’t know about the scientific validity of the “healthy coffe” claims by the company. What I do know is that after I had my last baby, 2 years ago, I could not get the inflammation in my uterus to go down, my doctor even suggested a hysterectomy as a last but very possible resort. After I started drinking the Gano Cafe 3-in-1, the inflammation was significantly lower. If I stop drinking it, I can feel the inflammation coming back, slowly but surely.
I don’t know about it being addictive; I wasn’t much of a coffee drinker before I started drinking the Gano and to be honest, it kind of makes me nauseous if I drink it every single day but, I know that if I don’t drink it at least 3 times a week I will feel bloated in my uterus.
Also, every time I drank milk, ate ice cream, cheese, or cottage cheese I would for sure be heading to the hospital with a debilitating migraine. Since I have been drinking the Gano I have experimented eating ice cream again and no migraine! I don’t eat the ice cream regularly, it’s only been a couple of times but to eat it without having to go the the ER for a morphine shot is really amazing, to me anyhow!
Gano seems to have alot of good qualities. It is healthy, solid due to history and is a practical product. However, There is another company that is now a competitor to Gano excell. The company is Boresha. The product they offer has a government pat-ton on it so i cannot be duplicated. Gano is a company , but there is another healthy coffee on the market besides Organo.

Just note that when dealing with Ganoderma extract, it’s crucial to use a ‘cold’ extraction method so you can keep the spores of the Ganoderma lucidum alive — to maintain their effectiveness. This also means, that Ganoderma lucidum must be grown in a sterilized, controlled environment such as poly packs. Gano Excel is the only company that I am aware of that uses this method. Many other companies grow their Ganoderma on logs, or in natural environments such as logs, but the risk of contamination is too high, so a ‘hot’ extraction method must be utlized to kiil any unwanted contaminents — this also kills the Ganderma spores. Without those live spores… the Ganoderma is not effective. Another important point is for Ganoderma to be water soluable. If it is not, it’s a sign of a weak or ineffective product.

I enjoyed the article and actually am in the Organo Gold Company and doing very well. I was looking into Gano Excel but when I tried to sign uo on line and locate the distribution facility in the USA i was unable to. I also found several disturbing penalties with gano excel with the FDA and USDA.

Ya, but the samples are $1 ea. & I prefer Gano Excel which is the leader in the ganoderma lucidum products. They founded it, researched it, and created what it is 2day!
I joined GanoExcel some years ago but not done much. Now that everything with GE is much improved… I am going for it. As a health researcher I know the excellent health benefits of Ganoderma, Reishi and others.

I want to note that although the FDA submitted a letter to Gano Excel in 2004, the FDA submits letters out to every company who promotes a healthy product, and supplements, watching their every move.
I’ve have enjoyed their products since a couple of years ago, and decided to join with them in selling their products, because of the health benefits and its taste. I started drinking it, however, because of the taste.

Not to sound negative, but I’ve checked into this Gano Brand & Organo Gold. Gano Brand isn’t as potent as Gano Excel’s coffee.
Now with Organo Gold, the fonder is a marketing genius. He was with the founder of Gano Excel back in 2004, but left due to the problems that existed with the FDA. Organo Gold’s founder, Bernado (Bernie) Chua was very well educated in business & helped Gano Excel create a MLM company, however, the founder of Gano Excel, Leow Soon Seng, was a scientist & had researched ganoderma lucidum for over 10 years before bringing it to market in 1997, when he produced GanoCafe 3-in-1, the world’s first healthy coffee. While Bernie Chua is a marketing genius, Leow Soon Seng believes in his product.
